Tech Support Officer

Our client, an innovative company at the cutting edge of technology is looking for a tech support officer to join their growing team. This role will have the responsibility for providing exceptional customer service, technical diagnosis and fault resolution/management to the business.

Working in a supportive and energetic team your responsibilities will include :-

  • supporting users through level 1 and 2 issues;
  • providing technical fault diagnosis via phone or email;
  • escalating issues to appropriate team members;
  • assisting in administration tasks across the service delivery team;
  • recording call details through a call logging system.

To be successful in this position you will have a proven history of finding faults and diagnosing complex technology related issues via both email and phone communication.  You will work well under pressure, possess the ability to work autonomously as well as prioritise tasks.
